  SUMMER SUNDAY SCHOOL

  Classes for adults and teens will be in the Upper Room
  (led by Rev. Crooks in June, members of the class in July)
  
   

• Our children and youth Sunday School focus for 2007-208 has been on God's Story/God's Plan (an age-appropriate adaptation of the Perspectives course).

  Children enjoyed exploring God's story, purpose and plan for all people, in classrooms of 2yrs-K, 1st-3rd grade, 4th-6th grade, and 7th-12th grade.

  Every three weeks, while children 2yrs-6th grade learned about God's work in different cultures in Kids around the World, teens put their learning to work, serving others by working on various projects throughout the year.

  Children of all ages had a chance to learn about Heroes of History, brave men and women who have carried out God's work in many different time and places - some famous and familiar, some new to us and some "everyday" Christians.

  Following this one-year program, we are currently in the process of reshaping our children's education for the 2008-2009 school year. We are looking forward to more fun, engaging, interactive, and live-shaping children's education!
